Sabti July 11, 2026 (CBB) –Baidoa – The Leader of the South West State, Sheikh Aadan Mohamed Nur (Madoobe), has officially appointed a new Council of Ministers for the administration. A decree issued from the leader’s office announced the members who will head the various government institutions.
The appointment is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and institutional capacity in the South West State, with the newly appointed ministers expected to play a key role in improving public services, security, and economic development.
The leader stated that the selected members were chosen based on their knowledge, competence, and experience, and emphasized the importance of fulfilling their duties with accountability and efficiency to achieve the government’s objectives.
He also called on the new Council of Ministers to work closely with the Parliament and other government institutions to accelerate development efforts and enhance stability across the region.
